The cytometry department of the
IRMB puts at your disposal an Aurora cell analyzer from Cytek
under PSM allowing the analysis of L2 pathogens. This 4 laser
machine (blue, violet, yellow, red) offers you the possibility to
analyze on the basis of 3 morphology parameters (size/structure)
as well as 48 fluorescence channels. Training is provided by a
specialized technician.
