The cytometry department of the
IRMB puts at your disposal an Aurora CS cell analyzer/sorter from
Cytek under PSM allowing the sorting of L2 pathogens. This 4 laser
machine (blue, violet, yellow, red) offers you the possibility to
analyze/sort on the basis of 3 morphology parameters
(size/structure) as well as 48 fluorescence channels. The device
is able to sort your cells at a speed of 20000 particles per
second based on all these parameters and allows to sort 6
populations simultaneously. The service is provided by a
specialized technician with extensive experience in cell sorting.
